When you submit an enquiry through our contact form, we collect:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your company name
• The service you are enquiring about
• The contents of your message

We also collect limited, anonymised information about how visitors use this website — see Section 3 for details. We do not use advertising scripts, tracking pixels, or any third-party marketing trackers, and we do not use cookies beyond those technically necessary to serve the site.

We use a built-in analytics feature provided as part of our hosting infrastructure to understand how visitors use this website — for example, which pages are viewed, which pages referred a visitor to the site, general geographic region, and device or browser type.

This analytics feature is designed to be privacy-friendly:

• It does not use cookies or any similar persistent identifier stored on your device.
• It does not collect your name, email address, or any other information that could directly identify you.
• Visitors are identified only by a temporary hash generated from the incoming request, which is automatically discarded within 24 hours and is not stored permanently.
• Data is recorded and reported to us only in aggregated, anonymised form and is not used to reconstruct an individual visitor's browsing activity across other websites.

Because this analytics feature does not use cookies or similar tracking technologies, we do not display a cookie consent banner for it. Our legal basis for this processing is legitimate interests — understanding and improving the performance and content of our website.

We collect your contact details to respond to your enquiry and, where an engagement follows, to fulfil our contractual obligations to you.

Our legal bases under UK GDPR are:

• Legitimate interests — to respond to business enquiries sent to us voluntarily.
• Contract — to perform services where an engagement is agreed.

Enquiry data is retained for a maximum of 12 months from the date of first contact. If an engagement follows, relevant data is retained for 6 years in line with UK tax and accounting obligations, after which it is securely deleted.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Your data is not shared with any external organisations except where required by law.

Enquiries submitted via the contact form are delivered to our email inbox using Resend, a transactional email service provider operating within appropriate data protection frameworks.

The anonymised analytics data described in Section 3 is processed by our hosting infrastructure as part of the underlying platform service. It is not used to identify you and is not shared or sold for marketing purposes.

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:

• Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Rectification — ask us to correct inaccurate data.
• Erasure — ask us to delete your data where there is no lawful reason to retain it.
